The production time for our products is 1 to 3 business days. Once your item is ready, shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

4. Returns and Replacements
We understand that accidents and unexpected situations happen. Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges once they have been produced. Our return and replacement policy only applies if the product has been misprinted or has visible damage that occurred during production.
